Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

 

  • Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

 

While we ensure the safe delivery of every order, in the rare event your package arrives damaged or tampered, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

To report an issue:

Please include:

  • Your order reference number

  • Clear photos of the outer and inner packaging

  • A brief description of the concern

Reports made after 2 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
