Standard Shipping Details

 

We ship all domestic orders via Sequel, with an estimated delivery time of 3–7 working days.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours.

  • Personalized items may require additional time to produce.

  • If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, we will ship them separately to avoid delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and link via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.

Important Shipping Guidelines

 

  • Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of dispatch.

  • We strive to ship within 48 hours, but unforeseen delays may occur.

  • To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing orders in advance.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.

  • All deliveries require a signature and valid photo ID.

  • Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Each order is shipped to one address only. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

  • Domestic shipping is free.

  • Our goal is to deliver your order within 16 working days, including processing time. Some items may take longer due to availability or production.
